Claudia began singing at a very early age with her Dad, Mike De León.
As early as age 4 she developed a comfort level for performing in front of an audience with the
theatre group “Show Stoppers”. As early as age 10, she would sit in with the Mike De León Band,
and sing a couple of tunes on their gigs around San Antonio.

Even through her teen years, Claudia was always a fan of the early ballads,
and smooth vocal stylings similar to Etta James and Diana Krall.
Her primary influence has obviously been her Dad, and they have always
had a great music relationship despite the close family ties.

After a vocation of theatre work up through her College years, Claudia De León decided to make a change,
and began singing with a small trio comprised of her Dad, and a close friend Paul Schaffenberger.
They appeared at the Omni Hotel for most of 2007, and played for numerous private parties.

Claudia De León's CD album titled “Just Me and Dad” is being nationally distributed by ReverbNation.
It is available for downloading on I-Tunes, and Hard copies are available through Paypal
The album was a collaborative effort with her Dad, and was produced and recorded
at their home studio on Lake Mc Queeney.

Claudia has 2 sons, Zachary and Alexander- they love listening to Mommy sing.
